New Delhi: Shiv Sena leader Sanjay Raut on Friday took a swipe at the BJP for promising free COVID-19 vaccine in its Bihar poll manifesto, saying it shows the ruling party’s discriminatory nature. “Earlier it used to be – tum mujhe khoon do,main tumhe azadi dunga’ and now it’s tum mujhe vote do,hum tumhe vaccine denge”, said Raut, while speaking to reporters today. Congress leader Rahul Gandhi had attacked the BJP, saying one has to refer to the state-wise election schedule to know when one will have access to vaccine.
Union Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman on Thursday released the BJP manifesto for the Bihar assembly polls which promised free COVID-19 vaccine once it has been cleared by the ICMR.
