AR Rahman had opened up on not getting a lot of Hindi films to work in and had said that despite being internationally recognised talent, there is a gang of people working against him due to which there are misunderstandings and a lot of false rumours. The music maestro opened up about the same when he spoke about how he had been approached by Mukesh Chhabra for his film, Dil Bechara.

Now, Resul Poookutty who worked with Rahman as a sound designer, editor and music mixer for Slumdog Millionaire had won an Oscar for the same. However, many production houses shut doors on his face.
